how do i convert them? i dont get it

Did you know that the FSM can move up and down, not just left and right? Watch for His shadow on the ground. Line up the shadow with the person you are trying to convert, and then click. If His Noodly Appendage appears to reach PAST the person and not do anything, then He is too low on your screen/too close to the camera in the game.
