I suspect they haven’t come back is because they’re still looking for the graph.
.
AND THEY WON’T COME BACK BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO GRAPH!!!!!!! -

YEAH! Come back when you’ve found the graphs in the bible!
i.e. NEVER! -

C,
We are absolutely serious.
It is far more likely that the world was made by the flying spaghetti monster (long may his noodles extend) in around 2 seconds than by God in 7 days. The world is far more consistent with the FSM model than Christian doctrine.
You only have to look around to see God can’t be as on the ball as most Christians would have us believe. Daniel (in these threads, not the Bible guy) chooses to ignore the manifest faults with the Christian story.
We might have flimsy moral standards but we’ve got too much intellectual integrity to hold such a flimsy position. -

Oh I’m 100% totally and utterly serious and sincere in my beliefs and the flying spaghetti monster helps me all the time!

From a Pastafarian in Britain (that’s the little country thats government is stupid enough to support Bush over Iraq) where the FSM’s influence is badly needed.
“Come over to Macedonia and help us†Acts of the Apostles Chap 16, verse 9:
first recorded excuse for American Military Intervention (circa 60 Al Dente)There are a large number of Pirates still living in Cornwall (which is the extreme South Western tip of Britain); however they are heretic Pirates because a) they are not really Pirates but the descendents of “wreckers†which is a land based form of Piracy involving luring ships on to rocks and plundering their cargoes which isn’t at all FSMist as people got killed and b) they can’t spell Pasta. The local dish is called a “Pastyâ€; this is clearly the result of someone who couldn’t read too well and anyway the local people had probably never heard of Pasta because most of the men were either away at sea fishing or working down the tin mines whilst their wives stayed at home making the Pasty (or committing adultery with the men who had the good sense not to go off to sea or down the mines).
Also the ones who call themselves Pirates these days are the supporters of the local Rugby team. (Rugby is like American football but played by people whose IQ is in three figures and who slap each other manfully on the back when they score a touchdown rather than jumping around dementedly in the end zone as if they’d got a scorpion down their pants and pointing at a non-existent being in the sky or kneeling down and touching their faces and shoulders just to see whether the players on defense have managed to pull any of their limbs off).
Incidentally these so-called Pirates aren’t even descended from the Wreckers on the whole but are rich city types who’ve downsized into the country where there’s less crime, noise, pollution etc, consequently driving up real estate prices so that the local people have had to move to the cities where there is more crime, noise, pollution etc. Ah, the joys of the free market economy!!
Anyway these heretics badly need to be touched by His Noodley Appendage and brought back to true understanding.

Well, you know what to do then, good luck to you! I’d start with wearing the FSM T-shirts: I just got mine, and I LOVE them! Plenty of funny campaign, I’d say.

Hi Bob and welcome. I’m an Aussie so I’ll try not to mention cricket to you OK :)
We do have quite a few English Pastafarians who seem to be around in the morning (yours not mine) No doubt you’ll run into them sooner or later. Look out fot Booty, Alchemist, Beastly Rich, Captain Noodulous Silicate TBHNA and co. -

I’ve just read a few more posts from this thread: I’d like to buy the gospel, but in a real nice, clothbound (leather?) edition. I think the whole FSM idea is worth it. Maybe it could help to get it into the “Religion” and/or “Philosophy” shelves, too. Actually, our prophet could first add some of the best, nicest, funniest statements made by Pastafarians worldwide, and the most blatant examples of hatemail too! An idea for the first lustrum of twentyfirst century Pastafarianism?

Hey, you’re concentrating on the hate mail, and I was trying to congratulate the Pastafarians for their constructive thinking! AAAARGH!

Hi Bob from England,
We have Pastafarians from other parts of Brittain as well. I’m doing a mild bit of FSM evangelical work here in Belfast (although I’m not originally from GB). I think this place needs to lighten up about religion more than any other part of the UK. The church where Ian Paisley sometimes preaches is probably within a mile from my house. Barely enough distance not to be awoken by his Sunday morning thunderings. -

@Wench Nikkiee
There’s more than a few Brits here, i know I’m late today. I’ll chastise myself later…
not sure the hatemail would be a big seller, funny though! -

Thanks for the greetings me ‘earties and wenches. I admit, shamefacedly to having only discovered the FSM through reading Richard Dawkins. The problem is that the Funda mental-ists are so stupid they couldn’t understand Prof Dawkins anyway so how can they claim he’s wrong (even if he hasn’t embraced the FSM openly)? I’ve got a car sticker on the way which will cause some discussion in the car park hopefully. Having been an Atheist since the age of ten it’s nice to have something to believe in again!! Old childish joke; “Why are Pirates called Pirates?” “Because they arrrr…………..”

179 - January 18th, 2007 at - DutchPastaGuy Says:
Please tell us more about the sticker. Any chance of you putting a preview online for us somewhere? Email it to me if you don’t have an easy facility to put something online. That offer goes for others as well btw, as long as I don’t get flooded by requests to put things on the web.

Available from www.darwinfish.co.uk at £4.95 + p&p. I’m nothing to do with them, not endorsing them and haven’t received it yet so have a look at the website and decide if it’s what you want. Am also getting an FSM lapel pin from “Ring of Fire” in Cal. USA via UPS Global postage so it might arrive by next Holiday! I just googled “Flying Spaghetti Monster” + “Badges” or “Pins”. Unfortunately nobody in UK appears to sell the lapel pins, hence ordering from USA.
BTW has anybody else noticed that if you type in “christianity” microsoft automatically capitalises the first c and you have to go back and put it into lower case but if you type in FSM in full it leaves it in lower case; religious discrimination against Pastafarians by Bill Gates!! Perhaps we should suggest that he donates the Pirate ship out of his huge profits as a gesture of apology!
