    Peter, you crack me up.
    Do you think Marc scared the kids away? That’s a shame, I was laughing.

  2. 262 - February 16th, 2007 at - Peter Popoff Says:

    The FSM loves you,
    Yeah I think Marc may have very well scared the kids away.
    Bad Marc!
    Either that, or the teacher happened to glance at their PC screen,
    or maybe the nurse came in, and sent them to bed?
    You never can tell in a situation such as this.

  3. 263 - February 16th, 2007 at - The FSM loves you Says:

    Yeah, it’s a shame. It’s fun to play with the kiddies. And mock them. And ridicule their baseless beliefs. Oh well, we’ll find some new ones.

  4. 264 - February 16th, 2007 at - Pixel Pop Says:

    @Everyone
    I’m only a wee lad. Look how respected I am.
    But you’re right, making fun of younglings is too much fun to pass.
    Ah, too many to’s!

    @everyone
    While I enjoy mocking the ignorant children as much as the next person, does it strike anyone besides me as sad that these children are growing up to be morons? I mean, all the supidity and intolerance in the world sometimes makes me really sad, but I try to tell myself that things are getting better and that each successive generation will grow up to be better than the last. It makes me so sad that these kids are growing up in the kind of environment where that not only passes for humor, but that hatred and mean-spiritedness are apparently considered viable lifestyles for these people.

    Thank goodness for FSM and the majority of the people on this site who are intelligent, witty, and fun to talk to.

    .
    Yes it is sad. These people have always been around, and always will be.
    Thanks to the “net” they now have a global voice.
    There is nothing any of us can do to change that.
    Only do the best we can in our own lives, lead by example when we can.
    And enjoy laughing at things that are funny.

    @Peter
    Yes, you are right. I guess things have just been off-kilter for me lately, so I am taking some things to heart that I shouldn’t. I know that all one can do is try their best and hope others will follow. I’m working on it…

  8. 268 - February 16th, 2007 at - Marc McOar Says:

    Batman, you are right. It is pathetic. But, they will soon realize that they are going down the wrong path. Or not.
    Pixel, you are a wee lad but you are smart and funny. That is why you are respected.

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson, described elsewhere as a 25-year-old "out-of-work physics major," puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American
