I used to live a block away from this beautiful baby and drove past it every day to work. I didn’t know what it was at first and then came to enjoy the kookyness of it all. It’s in a very funny spot, too, like on a house next to a gas station.

I know where this is in Baltimore since I grew up there. This flies in the face of everything we have been taught. Because of this, I wholeheartedly endorse it, and will seek to touch the noodly appendage!! aaarrrrrrrr!!!!
