Bowral for me. Landlocked conservative stronghold in a lib heartland. And my own little cache of FSM supporters. I'm trying to stretch it the whole way from syd to canberra, and i'll be taking it to Darwin in oct/nov.

Bowral is pretty close to syd. We need to corner the market DaveL.

Coffs Harbour NSW. We have the Big Banana, but there is room for the Big Noodle as well I'm sure.

We have a big population to work on here Cerberus. I would love to do something to spread the word. Surely we could get the FSM into the media. Maybe Auntie Dee Dee could do a radio interview here.

BTW, I was listening to ABC radio. They did a report on 'Talk Like a Pirate Day', and even the ABC presenters were talking like pirates. I was laughing so hard I nearly drove off the road. That guy 'Ol' Chumbucket' was hilarious.

Triple J will be up for it. They always are. Anything nutty and alternative is W00t there. Plus its a national radio station.

Agreed Cerberus, good choice. What about 'Hack' with Steve Cannane.
Excellent cutting edge show which isnt afraid to tackle issues like this.

I've sent them an email. Will keep you posted.

The only problem i have with hack is we'd only get a 10 min slot. Canane is a champ, but i also thought of apporaching John Saffran and Father Bob, they do the religious gear.

Sure. It'd be in the drive time slot though. Good exposure...short coverage.

What's happening with John Saffran? This guy would be the best by far.
Is he doing another Saffran vs God series? We could even see what Auntie Dee Dee really looks like (in pirate gear of course!).

The FSM would kick arse on a Saffran doco. Imagine getting all the Aussie Pastafarians together in full pirate regalia when Saffran confronts Brendon Nelson about ID.
