The clamped car is in Niddrie Road in Glasgow - I used to live about 100 yards away from it. In Scotland you can't be clamped for parking violations, only for not having a valid road tax disc. To get unclamped you would need to get the car MOTed (annual safety check), pay to get it insured, pay for a tax disc, and then pay to get it unclamped. I'd tell them to keep it too.
The highland cow on the line at Crossmyloof is right in the middle of the city. I guess it must have escaped from Pollok Estate, about 2 miles away. I'm surprised it made it that far without being killed and eaten.
