So it's alright in Austria but not alright in the US...I think we in Britain need to back this budding trend up.

If you REALLY want to annoy the Tories, go straight to Europe: we use EU driving licences, Austria is in the EU, why can't we wear colanders on our heads? European Court of Human Rights, presentation to MEPs at Strasbourg, lobby some French and Italian politicos. Cameron, Osborne and Hague will LOVE it...
