This is the video I intend to play at the start of Year 7 and the end of Year 11.
I also intend to get pictures of the little sods every week to make a film of them growing up but I can see issues with parents complaining. I still think it will work nicely for most of them.

I'd totally forgotten about that video. It's been so many years since I heard that. So many truisms in there, I think your students will love it. Not sure about the photos though. You'll need to clear that with both the school and the parents. You know how paranoid people can become about the most innocent of things.
