Happy birthday Wobastax. May Bob Marley smile on you.

Also, happy 50th birthday The Rolling Stones. You are probably not proper Pastafarians, but Keith is at least a proper Pirate. So happy birthday guys.

According to the board it's Bobby Henderson's birthday. I'm sure I recognise that name from somewhere :idiot:

Happy birthday to the Commodore 64 - 30 years old this month.

The C64 had 64Kb of RAM. Not 64Gb or 64Mb, 64Kb. No hard disk, programs loaded from a cassette tape. 16 colour display, 320 x 200 pixels, delivered by analogue RF to your television. And at the time, it was the cutting edge of home computer technology.

FSM, I feel old...

Happy birthday to the C64. I loved my one, and spent many happy hours playing games on it. Beating Treasure Island Dizzy and Batman were my greatest achievements.

I remember those old things with the cassettes. My brother-in-law had a brilliant flight sim game which took about a three days to load from the cassette. My first computer was an Apple Mac Performa though.

The C64 had 64Kb of RAM.

Yorkshire accent Luxury! My Spectrum only had 48k, of which over 7k was screen memory and system variables. *And* my brother's only had 16k.
