I wonder if that's why Roberts switched the decision? Horrible thought, a Supreme Court Justice switching a decision to make someone look bad, but it crosses one's mind.

At least, my train of thought is this: Obama didn't set out to make a tax, but it's apparently interpreted as one by the Supreme Court. Is that his fault? No, but it could look like it. Hmmm...

Honestly, the whole "It's really a tax!!! Obama lied!!!" line is only working among the tea party faithful searching for a consolation prize for getting their real argument shot down.
