G'day - Australian Pastafarian here. I have to admit that I've been a bit lax in my Church of the FSM attendance but there are not a lot of local chapters.

I've been guided by his noodliness despite this and feel the calling to learn his worship more devotedly so that I may assist others into his warm tentacular embrace if they be so drawn.

anyways, i just converted kind of, but i'm wondering if there is any "official" way to convert. I just oredered t-shirts and i love the whole concept of pastafarianism. It is great to be here and i hope i have a great time.

There's nothing official going on here. You're free to observe any pastafarian traditions or holidays in whichever manner tickles your fancy, or not at all if you prefer. We're not very much into dogma and it's been ages since Bobby has been sighted around here. (The FSM, on the other hand, has been seen around the internet but is often intoxicated so you can't always take him too seriously.)

In short, the only requirements for becoming an "official" member of the Church of Flying Spaghetti Monsterism are a belief that Creationism is not science and shouldn't be taught as such, and declaring yourself one. Everything else is optional.
