I've been a fan of the FSM for a year or so -- yes, I am a Pastafarian, say I proudly!
I've designed a few print blocks (I do relief printmaking as my main thing) for t-shirts, and have printed a few for myself and for my husband.*
And once in a great while, someone sees the image on the shirt and asks, "Are you a Pastafarian?" And I proudly answer, "I am!" And let me tell you, this is a rural area, and there aren't a lot of people to actually see the shirts, so that makes me doubly pleased when someone knows His Noodliness!
I'm happy to be in the FSM neighborhood! :fsm_float:

*P.S. This is not a sales pitch! I am NOT selling shirts! This is for family use only!

I'm brand new to Pastafarianism, so bear with me. My friend introduced me to Pastafarianism just yesterday and I fell in love with it. And so now, once a Conservative Christian, begin my trial as a Pastafarian, It's pretty cool for the 3.5 hours I've been one.

:welcome: once again to the new recruits. The beer and the pasta are free (just put them on someone else's tab), and the waters are warm and inviting, so pull up a pirate ship and join in. We're a diverse enough bunch of human beings (with the occasional animal), so you're bound to find something to interest you.

Me neighbour introduced me to pasterism and I have been interested in it ever since. You have a huge community here and I'm a little confused!!! But I love the pirate section.

Happy Pasticating

Loftconversions, from Westminster... You didn't by any chance claim the cost of your loft conversion on your MP's expenses, did you?

Academy, so the army won't allow anyone to hold a "religious" meeting unless they're ordained? Isn't that a little...odd?

Well to hold a service you have to have some kind of letter from the church saying you can. So being ordained is the closest thing I can get to hold a Pastafarian service

Hi,

Been a Pastafarian for 4 years but never bothered to join the forum, been an atheist since I was able to 'think'.

Came across a Groupon ad with a clear mention of the FSM. Uploaded the screenshot to Flickr. Not sure what to do next to get it on the sightings page. Here it is:

:welcome: to all the new converts. As soon as you are approved, I hope you can see fit to make your way into the throng, and join us in what is a veritable cavalcade of fun, games, and the odd bit of serious discussion. :zen:

Academy, that seems weird. Nobody in the early history of Christianity needed approval to preach, and nor does anyone else from any of the major religions in the world today. I wonder on the reasoning behind it.
