New names for paint colours

Postby black bart » Mon Apr 12, 2010 9:29 am

I've pinched this idea from Adam and Joe's blog because some of the suggestions really made me laugh and I wondered what the inventive people from the discussion board would come up with.

Come up with an original name for a paint colour, or even your own range of colours eg here's my Bart Industry Range for the home and office:

Poop Deck Brown
Gyant Lolly (a sort of off pink) - and then you could say: 'It could do with a lick of Gyant Lolly
Calico Jack Black
Mother of Earl (similar to Mother of Pearl but darker)
Gordon Brown
Spanyard's Gizzards (red)
Global Warming Orange

Lily Liver (white)

Prionk (prion-inducing shade of pink, now seen year round in most malls)

Blague (boldface alternative, an intensifying hue added most often to internet blog headlines)

Limeoleum (greenish hue typical of bottled margarita pre-mixes)

Violentz (a lilac or lavender color, typically seen in the Epic Battle thread lol)
