Hmmmm, I noticed "Cap" was logged on twice today...........
Guess she doesn't feel up to making decisions about titles.
(unless of course BB didn't get the message yet)

I'm not sure that Cap does that sort of thing but I pmd K C Observer about it and I thought he was going to get your titles up and running but perhaps he hasn't got around to it yet. I told him to go for the 'Desperate, twisted cookie pusher' title.

I've rattled the admin chappy's cage again...this is taking far too long for my liking...apathy in the ranks is one thing but apathy in the officer's mess can only lead to trouble.
