Wife and daughter are going as a big female demon and a little female demon. I am going either as a full on zombie, or perhaps as a Pirate.

House. I already have jeans, shirt, limp, stubble, pills and cane.

Bah, I'm not bothering with the American accent, why would I bother learning medical jargon? If anyone asks I'll blather NMR terminology at them.
