Seriously.

I'll link later...
I know what you're talking about, but it wasn't directed at terminally ill children. It was directed at society's view towards them. It was very dark, sure, but it has just been taken out of context.

Chaser's are okay. They were much better as CNNNN. Their brand of satire is mostly just middlebrow (not quite lowbrow, not highbrow) physical humour, but they do have a few gems

Top Gear episode 2, Stephen Fry has lost about 6 stone. Him and Clarkson use an iphone to try and spot single gay men :haha:

Clarkson makes another 'lorry driver killing prostitutes' joke and destroys a summerhouse with a volvo while May holds a rave in his golf.

Inside Nature's Giants - Channel 4 dissect dead animals, intercut with bits on evolution, biology and life in the wild. Dawkins is one of the experts explaining stuff. First week is an elephant and available on 4od

It's quite interesting but has lots of gore and blood at the start.

Edit- Finished watching it, definitely not for the squeamish. Very interesting though, apparently elephants' legs act like pogo sticks :scientist:

Looking forward to next week when someone climbs inside a dead whale :idiot:

At the moment on BBC still running are 'Krod Maldoon' and 'That Mitchell and Webb look'...both hilarious. If you want a taste of Mitchell and Webb here is their brilliant 'Cheesoid' sketch:

That Mitchell and Webb look was hilarious last week.

"Mr Darcy, do you not conga?"
"No, Miss Bennett, the only dance appropriate for me is ... freestyle disco!" :haha:

About four years, from memory. I have all the episodes on DVD. They're great.

I remember watching that on TV! That was great.

Sir Digby Chicken Caesar was the standout, though.

Fairly old, it's not being shown on repeats at the moment. Wiki says the first series was 9 years ago, last was 2004.

It is hilarious, get it if you don't have it.

"Jam jam jam, jam jam jam."
"You know what you are? You're a beard with an idiot hanging off it."
"Whores will have their trinkets" - I use this one a lot.

I haven't seen it in years, but i remember the episode with Manny trapped inside by the security door with nothing to drink but absinthe as being hilarious. There was one where the guys drink many, many thousands of dollars worth of wine that was great.

Seriously, buy the DVDs. It's an investment, I think they're the ones I've watched most after Red Dwarf.

"Don't you touch a hair on that boy's (Manny's) head. He's MINE! Get your own human plaything!"

Oh, the IT crowd is similar humour but with computers instead of books (Graham Linehan was involved with Black Books, IT Crowd and Father Ted, the man is excellent). Dylan Moran's standup is also really funny.

Not current but I've started watching series 4 of House and loving House's abuse of the mormon.

Also, I'm not sure whether I prefer Jennifer Morrison or Olivia Wilde now

I particularly like the recent episode of House where he treats the atheist catholic priest.
