Let's face it, life is too short but we don't realize it until it's too late.

Life is too short for ironing. Especially as it adds to global warming and for what? So clothes can start the day flat. :grumpy:

And, I certainly agree on the decaf.

Yes, I suppose I could just give up coffee altogether; but without decaf, my life would almost certainly be even shorter! :drinking:

(Life is too short; but days seem much longer without real coffee, chocolate or motorcycling. :( )

Life's too short if you are a Pirate being chased by a hungry croc:

Life's too short not to throw clocks at the croc, although then you don't know how short life is due to a lack of time-telling equipment :?

Yes that's a good idea, but then after the croc's swallowed the clock life's too short to be panicking everytime you hear the ticking of a clock.

That's a good story. Someone should write a book about it.

Nah, nobody would read anything that ridiculous. You might as well through in a fairy.

Depends on how hard you throw him.

English isn't much of a language for swearing. When I studied Ancient Greek I was delighted to discover a single word - Rhaphanidosthai - which translates roughly as "Be thou thrust up the fundament with a radish for adultery."

If we're allowed to throw him to the crocodile I reckon it would work. Form an orderly queue
