The Coolness Test

The Coolness Test

This test is based on how cool you were in High School--what crowd you ran with, etc., but it's still pretty accurate.

You may want to send it to your friends to see if they've changed.

SEE IF YOU ARE A STILL A COOL PERSON

What if you never were cool?...

Can the test graph negative axis results?

Hmmm...page froze several times, and I had to restart pc.
Then it said my plug-ins needed updated, but I have to go and search for the patch from hack site, cause my windows OS was a oft-used bootleg copy, and if I get auto-updates, it overwrites the registry and I have to debug for a day...

I should be able to load the page tomorrow, and let you know.

A test for coolness? Reminds me of "questionnaires" in some 60s mags about "How hip are you?"..(&, of course, my answering said questions just proved i was totally unhip &, very likely, a Republican..)

I overwhelmed that test. Pressed the button and the only thing that came up was:
"Wow. Like, wow. You are the coolest person that has ever lived."
A flap of the wings yesterday means big changes tomorrow.
Let's work together to keep the present inevitable.

So yeah, I went and got a blog.

I think i said it once before on this site, but my high school experience was pretty good. I attribute this to the fact that i was friends with everyone except the real *ssholes, who had no friends anyway. A female H.S. friend once summed up my circle of friends with:

"Oh, he's very popular Ed. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, waistoids, dweebies, dickheads - they all adore him. They think he's a righteous dude."
~Grace from Ferris Bueller

Very flattering.

Let me put it this way...I used to smoke (ahem) "herbs" with the baseball teams stats kid (i was the shortstop) before going home, changing out of my uniform and going to play AD&D for several hours. I'd end the night with the metalheads doing shots of Jim Beam until a fight broke out.

I was pretty lucky with my high school too. It was an all-girls grammar school, so the percentage of nerds and geeks was much higher than in modern schools; although I was probably by far the weirdest girl in my year there were enough people on the weirder end of the scale that I managed to have a couple of close friends and didn't get bullied too badly.

No - embrace the dorkness! Cool may fade, but geekiness and nerditude last forever!
