Pastafarians against Malaria

Dear all,

One way to raise the positive profile of pastafarianism might be, as I suggested on the Announcements thread, to set up a team on Madness Against Malaria, a tournament-style fundraising initiative by Against Malaria, a charity who are all about buying bed nets.

I've set up a team myself at www.madnessagainstmalaria.com/atheists, and have been inviting people of various different faiths to set up their own. None have so far been forthcoming... perhaps Pastafarianism will be the first?

Alternatively: we be havin' donations to the Pirate team already! May I be suggestin' all Pastafarians be directin' their charitable donations there so's not to be splittin' up the fire too much? Fundraisin' can still go to this fair team!

Idea would work anywhere but needs a few people and a willing "celeb" (local radio/ TV presenters are often good sports - also gets you coverage!!!)
