I'm listening to "Somebody's Gotta Die" by Notorious B.I.G.

Makes me wonder if any other Pastafarians enjoy rap music...

I don't like rap music much. I don't like a lot of music.

Your post reminded me of an article written by Kris of www.explosm.net
It is dripping with wit, literally. It's a review of an artist named "Rich Boy".
Here's the link:

And here's an excerpt:
Now for those who do not know the act of "throwin d's" let me translate. Throwin' D's is slappin' on some Rims (preferably Dayton) on a vehicle. I understand that'd be hard to grasp when you break down the sentence.

Throw Some D's
On Dat Bitch!!

Translates to:

Throw Some Rims
On That Woman

Translates to:

Assault That Women
By Using Rims As A Projectile.

Have no fear, ladies. He's talkin' bout a Cadillick.

So yeah, I went and got a blog.

I remember reading that the one random day I went to explosm.net on my own. So funny.

Can I just take a moment to say that C.O.C.'s Deliverance cd is still one of the most underrated
releases of the last 1/4 century.

Currently listening to Zen Arcade by Husker Du... again. For like, the fifth time today. Also, after a month or two of not listening to them, I put Doolittle by the Pixies on this morning, and Hey! is somehow now my favorite song... This confuses me.

Can I humbly inquire who C.O.C are?

I went to a party on Saturday night and the music was the "stocking filler" just in time for Christmas, "101 Hits of the 1980s" so I'm listening to Gloria by Laura Brannigan on very high rotation here right now.

Otherwise, my favourite artists are:
Pearl Jam
Powderfinger (Australian band)
Split Enz (NZ band from 1970's-1980's)
Crowded House
Cold Chisel (Australian band from 1970's-1980's)
Kings of Leon
The Cure

My favourite songs ever are:
Friday I'm In Love- The Cure
Distant Sun- Crowded House
I Got I.D- Pearl Jam
Message to My Girl- Split Enz
Take on Me- A-ha
Gloria- Laura Brannigan
I am a product of massive consumption- it's not my fault it's how I'm programmed to function

Also: Some guy sang that to me as a verbal Rick Roll.
