The best pizza place I have ever been to is BJ's (yes you perv's, just like that) Chicago Style Pizzeria, where they make a mean deep (ok, you can stop it now!) dish pizza.
However, this is not located at where i live. In redding (where i live) the best place for pizza is Round Table =/

If I go out for pizza in Chicago there are several good places, all for deep dish Chicago style:

Gino's East

Pizzera UNO (the one downtown not the franchisee's)

Lou Malnotti's

Geordonno's (sp?)

If your'e in Chicago don't bother with the thin crust style....they all suck

My favorite pizza place is in Pasadena, MD. It's a tiny little hole-in-the-wall place called Sub Runners. It just opened a few months ago, but their pizza's pretty awesome.

Other than that, BJ's Wholesale's in-store restaurant served pizza worthy of the FSM itself, huge slices just dripping with sauce and melted cheese, but they got rid of it, and started serving completely meh personal pans.

Then drive 20 miles north to Elgin and get a pie at Consollo's. Well, that was 30 years ago so perhaps it closed when the sawmill shut down.

Village Pizza in Skokie, IL is good. Pizza in Atlanta is like barbeque in Manhattan.

The worst pizza I ever had was in London. Some place called "pizza world" I think. The brought me a soggy mess of dough that might have had sauce and cheese on it, but even that couldn't save it. Sad, sad, sad. I should have stuck with curry.

Nonni's, on Washington Ave. in Revere, MA, makes excellent pizza, including some unusual yet delicious pizzas. However, my favorite pizza place is Mother's Pizza in Melrose.

My favorite pizza is bacon, anchovy and pineapple, with thick, soft crust. Everyone should try it. It's delicious!

Garr the Radisson in Cairns makes an amazin seafood pizza - bugs, crayfish, prawns and calamari, all backed onto a solid gold base (must be for the price) but the taste is amazin'

holy fsm, can not believe it! - was in Fuengirola a couple years ago and if I had know where the good pizza was would have eaten there - after hunting up the hole in the wall US consulate to apply for permission to return to the US without my passport which was stolen in Seville.
