Running

Is it possible to confirm that running is a suggestion of a thing not to be done in Pastafarianism? I reason that this is something his noodleness would support, given that running is:

a) obscene
b) hard to do when you don't have legs.
c) a bad look for a pirate

That would be giving all us athletic Pastafarians an uncomfortable decision now, wouldn't it? I'm sure that his Noodliness would be more fair to us than to suggest that we oughtn't be running at all.

Perhaps as an enlightened deity His Noodleness would refrain from making running OR not running a "something I'd rather you didn't". Then, no matter what we do, we can all say "that's against my religion" when some one asks if you run/don't run.

And nothing against athletic Pastafarians - although I figured that his pastaness might appreciate something a little more suited to multiple limbs/noodles, such as rock climbing.

Does running include if you're being chased by something with large pointy teeth (say a killer bunny perhaps)?

I presume in this circumstance running as fast as your pirate-y wee legs will carry you is a good thing...

Or maybe even no running with a bowl of pasta? (unless you are a waiter in a busy restaurant, wherein you would get FSM dispensation for performing an Act of Conversion)

I think being chased by Killer Bunnies or anything with large pointy teeth also overrides the "holding a bevvie, or a bowl of pasta" suggestion. (if you threw your bevvie and/or your bowl of pasta AT the Killer Bunny, whilst running that would be ok, yes?)

Other than that, I think running would be ok.

Runnin' be somethin done if'n you be chased by the unbeleivers an they be holdin' sharp nasty things, else sit back and enjoy the swell of the sea and the fruits of the ocean, especially the lobster, mudcrabs,oysters and prawns, or as be called in the far away lands the shrimps, though they be the same colour an' much bigger than a little thing in size.

In regard to the bunnies.. I think the teeth are the clincher here.

Be they bunnies with normal incisors, then running from them would clearly be sacrilege, as they might be able to be converted.

Bunnies with sharp pointy teeth may have an attitude problem, or possibly have their own religion which requires them to chase members of the Church of the FSm, yes?

And KArban, you forgot the bugs... the swell of the sea is particularly enjoyable whilst consuming some MB bugs.. with garlic and bacon and bucatelli.
