Converting a Teacher?

I would like to convert my biology teacher, but to my knowledge teachers cannot talk about religion to students. (High School) Is there like a form I can sign so that he can talk about it? I know that he would be willing to sign it and talk to me.

when no one else is around you start to talk to him about it therefore making it clear that it will be ok to talk to you about it

I'm just worried he will tell me that he can't talk about religion with students at all. That's why I wanted some sort of official looking paper to sign.

seriously if no one else is around to be offended then you will be fine if he/she refuses then he/she probably just does not want to talk about it and is using it as an excuse
