Set your TIVO.
Tonight & early tomorrow morning: a few times, specials on Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol.

Tomorrow (Fri), several times: Margot, profile of Margot Fonteyn, 3-hrs long.

Tomorrow Night, a few times: Basquiat, the film with Jeffery Wright and Michael Wincott about the enigmatic artist Jean Michel Basquiat.

Sat (first at 9pm EST, but on a few times): A great film, one of the greatest, Rashomon with Toshiro Mifune and Machiko Kyo by Akira Kurosawa.

Chuck Close (amazing story of overcoming diversity and disability) and George Condo specials on Mon as well as Christiane Oelze & Richard Croft performing Debussy’s Pelleas et Melisande.

As always, there are always other good programs and great music as well.
A samurai once asked Zen Master Hakuin where he would go after he died.
Hakuin answered, "How am I supposed to know?"
"How do you know? You're a Zen master?" exclaimed the samurai.
"Yes, but not a dead one," Hakuin answered.

Damnit. I misread it as ovulation, now I'm all disappointed.
I believe it's time for mankind to set aside the crutch of religion and embrace morality born of reason and truth. Those crutches have long since proven treacherous when the ground gets slippery.

So, the two of you would want me to make a post like this again, or are you fucking with me?
