I'll start it off with some simple explanations, but feel free to add more complex entries:

Cronan = Unit of currency depending on the Bank of Cronan's Grog voucher rate.
Doo Tea = Duty
Ganja = can you (?????)
Wid = with

Growing a brown carrot = Number 2's

Arrr = A contemplative sound; the precursor to a profound and deeply intelligent comment or observation. Not to be confused with YAAAAAAARRRRGHHHHGHHH which is the sound made by someone who's just been run through by a cutlass, or YAAAAAAARRRRHHARRRRR! which is the sound made by somebody who's just run someone through with a cutlass.

Poop Deck = A part of the ship to practice pooping. A special place where one poops as required.

yarr - A greeting to a fellow crewman, barman, cap'n in fact everyone yer know.
arrrgh - A typical response after some blaggard has stuck a cutlass in yer guts.

Bosun - A big man with a big whip, not to be confused with Francine the Flagellator;

Francine the Flagellator - A big French woman with an even bigger whip, often frequented by Oz_Nick

Madame Fifi = An adult entertainer

Two-Bob Special = A below-par performance by Madame Fifi in the alley behind the chip shop. Most common the week before payday.

Fish Head Stew = Staple diet o Pirates

Wobbly Blancmanges = Pirates favourite desert, as served up by Pirgella
