Eye Patches

Where can you go about purchasing eye patches? I need one to be able to spread the word without angering His noodlyness.

So do I, I had one a while ago but someone nicked it. That was before I was touched by His Noodly Appendage, though.
When wearing an eyepatch, always remember may be closer or farther away than they appear.

Try Googling "Coldain Leather". Kevin does some amazing custom leatherwork and you might be able to talk him into eyepatches. Hard to say, because he doesn't like to do the same project twice. :roll:

That instructables site is great, i made a K'Nex gun once.

If you want a plain black one, you can find those at, pretty much, any pharmacy. The pharmacy I work at sells 'em for less than two dollars, I believe.

Sailors wore the eye patch so when they boarded a boat they could go from the bright daylight on deck to the near pitch darkness down below without having to wait for their eyes to adjust. Also at night, having a 'dark eye' while on watch so you can see past your own ships lights when you need to is handy.
