Wait until it is perfectly 'malted' then roast it, then let it ferment in water, until the alcohol kills all the little yeast guys, the boil to vapor, then catch and condense aforementioned vapor, then let it sit in a charred barrel for 10 or so years..... Then you could drink the malted,roasted,fermented,boiled,condensed,and aged Last Post Scotch. Sin. WoE.
