Saute all that good stuff with your meat or tofu of choice and lots of veggies, add a little Thai green curry paste if you have it or some Indian hot lime pickle or both, hit it with a can of coconut milk, black pepper, some Nuoc Mam to salt it, and simmer it down until it thickens. Serve with rice.
