Hello Ladies,
Iv'e just picked up a pack of puff pastry. I intend to make squares with leftover apple pie filling. Any hints?
I've never done this before.

Baked Bananas
OZ_Nick wrote::worship:Baked Bananas
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 bananas (6 if small)
2 oranges (navels are best)
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar (optional)
2 tablespoons genuine Maple syrup
2 teaspoons Grand Marnier (or Cointeau)
Cream
Preheat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F = universal baking temperature)
Peel and slice the bananas diagonally, place in a shallow open oven proof dish.
Zest the oranges and sprinkle over the bananas.
Juice the oranges and pour over over the bananas.
Sprinkle the sugar, maple syrup and the Grand Marnier evenly over the bananas.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the bananas are soft but not going dark.
Divide equally into dessert bowls pouring the sauce over the top. Pour a little cream over each portion. Serve and eat immediately.
Very yum!
P.S. all me own work too.
Nick
