It could be a dialectical issue. There's "ahmen" and "ayemen", so there could be both RAmen and ramen.
On the other hand, 'amen' reproduces the silent superiority of men. We don't have an 'awoman' or 'ahwomen'. "pastapeeps" might be more eucumenical, or "allfolks" , given that initially the word meant assent. Or something like "verichelli"
Another question that I have is the use of the images provided on the main web site. Can images like the basic one that says "WWFSMD?" and the "Touched by his noodly appendage" be used in publications?
