I reckon it would be more fun to guess a person's age first. Before I knew how old Qwerty was, I thought he was 17 or 18.

I guessed your age right Vasal.

I was an archaeology major when I was a freshman too, but I transferred and switched degrees before I turned 19.

(If anyone cares: I'm 22.)

hum... I'd've guessed you were older NerferKa. maybe late twenties, early thirties. but not 22. of course, I'm the one they all thought was your age but turned out to be ten years younger!

Querty, you are probably the only person that has ever guessed me to be older than I actually was. Of course, you don't know what I look like, so that's a big factor. 2 weeks ago I was in a book store, and when I checked out the cashier was about to give me a card for the store's reward program. Before she handed me the card, she stopped and said, "Wait. You're older than 16, right?" Then, last summer, my husband and I went to the Mall of America, which has strict rules about unsupervised children. I got stopped by a security guard who asked me where my adult chaperone was, and I asked her if my husband counted as an adult, even though I was old enough to be there by myself anyway. I also get dirty looks when I go into teacher's lounges when I judge at speech competitions.

ahhh... you're short and young looking? I can't imagine getting dirty looks... but perhaps some misconceptions.

but if you think about it, it can only be a plus for pastafarianism! not that you're a midget!

height

Postby NeferKa on Sun Apr 02, 2006 3:01 am

I'm 5'8", which I think is average for girls. I've been this tall since I was 12, but I just don't think I've aged much since then.

I do have much shorter friends, which I do remind are blessed by FSM, and I share the creation illustration with them.

I'm 14 if anyone wants to know. People usually think I'm older because I'm quite tall (5'10").

I'm planning to get a year older next year.

Weird. For some reason, I would have thought you were much older, Tickle.

I'm 51, looking like 60, and proud of it.

How old did you think I was?

Hard to tell. Definitely over 25. But then, I'm very bad at guessing ages. I have problems telling if people (especially women) or 18 or 35 even when I actually see them...
