Those in my office who have always had issue with that 'other' God, have converted to Pastafarianism (count 7) and I have provided each with a poster to keep in their cubes to remind them to "Obey Your Noodly Master"

You can burn them for heat used to cook penne.

I've been a believer for a long time. I have made many aware of His Sauce, and have "converted" many. I use quotes around converted because many of them see it as a joke. I have only seriously converted I think 3 people. Hopefully, I can make others see the error of their ways and make them understand that this is serious business.

A kid in my school wrote about FSM in the school newspaper, and it made the front page. I told all my friends to go to the website and I've converted at least 20, but they aren't active on the forums.

I've converted about 8 or 9, they're not registered users yet though... Give me time, all I need is more minds for moulding.

Many of my friends that are now Pastafarians don't really like the blogosphere, or they are not really into the internet, but as long as I've got them on my side.

I'm going to a friends place on New Years Eve (arguably THE most pointless holiday ever), and I think I can convert her, and failing that, her sister. Onward, Noodly Pirates!

Good luck with that.

I agree, I also think that New Years Eve is pointless, although fun.

New years eve isn't pointless! It's a time to reflect on the year you've had and to make sure that the next year will be as good as it - oooh! chipmonks!!

What defines a year? What makes December 31 any different from January 1?
