think Dan (de haole guy) would qualify for some kind of punny, pirately sainthood. He inspired me for sure. No big fanfare about him - quietly lives a life that cares for others and the planet, and leaves nothing but good behind, personally or environmentally. The only true minimalist I have known. Many claim to be, but he is the real deal.
