Is Maddox a pirate?

I'm sure at least some of you will be aware of the works of [url=maddox.xmission.com]Maddox[/url], and his Piratey appearance. But do you think Maddox is a REAL pirate? I don't think he has mentioned pasta at all on his site

Thank you for opening me to the world of Maddox! That dude is funny as shit. I'm downloading his book now, but where can I find more of the comics?


Edit after reading more: I have been accused by friends of being a hater, but this dude is haterrific!

He hates on everyone indiscriminantly. I love it!

He only made one comic (called The Best Comic Book in the Universe), and you can buy it from his store. I've never read it, but it must surely be awesome. His real book, The Alphabet of Manliness, is just fantastic.
