Overcast. It has been overcast most days and every night since Monkey.
How do I know that? Well, Mrs. H. and I got one of these between us for Monkey:
We managed to get it set up and had a five-minute look at Jupiter on Boxing Day night, but apart from that we've not been able to use it at all.

I should add that we got the adaptor to attach a camera to the eyepiece, and the motor-drive to enable long exposures with the rotation of the Earth and all that.

Do you ever think that you are a little bit fat, and you need to lose some weight, perhaps you are feeling unattractive and poorly dressed? Then try going shopping in Asda in Kilmarnock. Finally got a clear night. Had another good look at Jupiter. We had five moons for a little while (we think), but mostly just four that are plainly visible.
