Can't remember that one but it has all the classic ingredients ie downright sillyness!In the old days my wife and I used to say things to each other like "Pass the sugar and that's my flannel".

It sounds to me like a Chinese or Japanese person has been taught excellent sentence construction (everything they're saying is perfect English, no literal translation cockups) but didn't focus much on enunciation, hence the wandering accent.
It's still far better than I could do speaking Mandarin or Japanese, even with a phonetic script
