You can highlight and copy/paste this url in your post.
Then, put the bbCode "tags" at either end of the url, like this.

[img]url%20of%20image[/img]

You can "poach" any image on the web, someone's avatar, sig pic, smilie, whatever, by right-clicking on the image, and selecting "Properties" from the drop-down menu.

The "properties" window includes the images url.
Highlight, copy-paste, add the tags....
