A splinter.

There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.

N.B. - The answer to my riddle above was actually MEMBER, which loses the M to become EMBER. "On fire" is two words, so is actually incorrect. Sorry PKMKII.

Bonfire is an elegant answer, yes. It also has a related meaning, so is more than acceptable. :drinking:

Everyday is not a word. Wtf.

Backyard isn't, really, either, and I don't remember if I use it or not.

Ugh.

What does this equation simplify to?

(x - a) * (x - b) * (x - c) * ... * (x - z) = ?

An Arab sheikh tells his two sons to race their camels to a distant city to see who will inherit his fortune. The one whose camel is slower wins. After wandering aimlessly for days, the brothers ask a wise man for guidance. Upon receiving the advice, they jump on the camels and race to the city as fast as they can.
What did the wise man say to them?
