There's a feminist line of thought which would suggest this is all very offensive towards all men and women, everyone really. Offensive to men in that it suggests your identity and and power is based around the size of your penis, and without a big penis you're not masculine. Offensive to women because in our dichotomous gender identity culture there is only one alternative to not being masculine, which is to be feminine. That means if you have a small penis, you're not masculine (read: you're feminine) and that is bad. That supports stricter gender roles, promoting the idea that only men should be masculine and only women should be feminine. Due to the nature of power seeking, aggressive masculinity and the nature of meek, subservient and obedient femininity, women end up getting oppressed.
