I really like the word "Noodly". It's just fun to say out loud.

a pedal phalange would be a foot bone if I'm not mistaken. In another thread there is a quote about somebody stomping them with their pubio pedal phalange. a pedal phalanx would be, I think, multiple foot bones (phalanx=plural of phalange). I don't know about the pubio part...it usually refers mature or maturing of the pubis bone. So in my limited knowledge of latin and slightly less limited knowledge of A&P, pubio pedal phalanges and/or pubio pedal phalanx would be a bunch of mature feet or foot bones?
Or I could be totally overthinking the whole thing. It's probably an inside joke.

Phalanx is singular, phalanges is plural, there is no phalange, and mature phalanges are just phalanges.
They specifically are your digits. Pedal phalanges are toes (my 'specialty'), manual phalanges are fingers.
Pubio is an anatomical term that would refer to anything in relation to the pubis.
IF you shoved your foot up someone's ass, you might be able to talk about the pubio-pedal region, but I don't think that's what we're talking about here.
