I hope you've seen the Pachelbel Rant, about playing the cello part of the canon. And hating it.

Yes. It's a fantasic bit of humour.

Pachelbel's Canon is a really beautiful piece of music... It's just far too overplayed

This is going to sounds weird, but i've had the riff at the opening of the song "Gay Bar" in my head on and off for days.

It's really annoying because that's the only bit of the song i know and i get weird looks if i hum it

AAAARRRGGHHH!!! I used to have a cassette stuck in the stereo of my van, it wouldn't come out so you couldn't listen to the radio; so the only things you could listen to when you were driving were Connected by the Stereo MCs and Swamp Ophelia by the Indigo Girls. When I sold the van the cassette was still stuck in it. I still occasionally have flashbacks. Like right now.

I have had that song stuck in my head nonstop since I clicked on that link two days ago.

I hate you DB  I shall loathe you for all of the 70 or so years I have left, unless I die young or if I forget.

:stupid: :haha: What is it that keeps it in your head? Is the, mmm sweet lemonade, ooh sweet lemonade?

P.S. - That FF VII piece is really nice. It's almost like fantasy metal with a little orchestral thrown in.

Williams' Blood, Grace Jones. I bought the album a few days ago, and I've had Robbie Shakespeare's bassline going round in my head ever since. Great song, but ridiculously catchy bassline.

I've had two of the musicals from Improv Everywhere stuck in my head.

One that is not so bad is I Love Lunch. The tune is catchy, sung well, not so bad.

But I've also had I Need a Napkin stuck there, exactly the way it's sung in the video, which is often off key. As a singer, having an off-key song playing in my head is totally crazy-inducing.

Could be worse. Could be narwhals.

Nope, listened to it and it didn't get stuck.

I went on a Dubliners youtube session and now have The Rocky Road to Dublin stuck in my head, not helped by it appearing in the Sherlock Holmes film.
