And it's even worse down south. My great grandfather is from Texas, and he's always talking about how quickly people up here in the north talk.

There's no one quite like Zankou. Only he would assume we all believed it was an actual police box, not just something that looked like one, and then go beyond that by emphatically correcting us (using both italics and caps) to ensure that the people who think normal police boxes travel in time fully understand the nuances of the fictional environment we'd already spent a page or two talking about.

It keeps popping up on my Netflix list that you can watch instantly online. I'm not into it myself.

To be fair to Zank, TARDIS is capitalized because it's an acronym. I think. I've never actually seen the show, so I could be wrong. It has happened once before, but only once.

Is that because you're a fan of 16th century English monarchy? Or because you're a fan of seeing Johnathan Rhys Meyers' butt? :lech:
"How is it that hardly any major religion has looked at science and concluded, 'This is better than we thought! The Universe is much bigger than our prophets said, grander, more subtle, more elegant. c) all of the above. But don't ask me which I love more, Tudor England or Jonathan Rhys Meyers's naked butt, because I'm not sure I could choose.

You've just got to feel sorry for those that haven't experienced the majesty that is Doctor Who.

I think Zankou could BE Doctor Who...a simple test, are you afraid of this?
