Rice and barley cooked in chicken broth, mixed with a little buttermilk ranch.

I just had a nice omelette with celery and cheese. It was good.

Last night, for dinner, I had two scrambled eggs, three strips of bacon, and two slices of When Pigs Fly Bakery Oat & Honey Bread, with apricot preserves. Tasty.

For breakfast today I had some coffee and milk, a banana, and instant oatmeal with natto, wasabi, and natto dare.

After three hours of sweeping the driveway and carrying barrelfuls of leaves from the driveway to the woods across the yard and dumping them there, I worked up quite an appetite, so I had an early dinner.

I ate a 1 ounce shortbread cookie, and about twelve ounces of cold pot roast, impaled on a fork and eaten like a lollipop, with Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Tasty.

There's a shop in Glasgow will sell you crocodile steaks. Not sure if that is much like iguana, but it's probably more iguana-like than chicken...

Last night's dinner...

Pork chop with mushrooms, 'baked' spuds, asparagus and broccolini grilled with a little olive oil and butter. Was quick, simple and tasty.

er...I think I'll stick to the chicken.

Very simple recipe:

Brown Chicken (Iguana, crocodile...make sure the croc is dead).
Add shallots and garlic.
Add coconut milk and one teaspoon of crushed cumin seeds.
Add tin of chopped tomatoes and bring to boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add tablespoon of paprika and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
