(The Boy has been on a Coldplay binge ever since he took up with his Wench. I am going bananas here. I have bigger and better speakers than him, The Beatles entire back catalogue, weeks of Grateful Dead bootlegs, and more metal than you can shake a stick at; but apparently having a stereo war with your teenage son might be misconstrued as being immature in some way...)

I bought some Halloumi, Camembert, and Applewood Smoked Cheddar. Mmmm, cheese.

I'd say cut down on the tomato.

Talking of tomato, I made a pretend pizza today. I toasted four slices of thick-sliced bread, then liberally spread a tin of chopped tomatoes on top of them, mixing in some chopped coriander (my own home-grown). I then broke up the remainder of my Mozzarella onto the tomato, and grated some Emmental over it all, topping it off with mushrooms. I forgot to mention that some pepper was ground over the top as well. It really was a nice pretend pizza.
