Slow cooked pork in cider. Food shopping drunk isn't a sensible idea and I bought a large gammon joint because it was half price
On the bright side I didn't screw up cooking it like I thought I might, it tastes really good. The only issue is that every meal for the next three days is going to involve pork to try and use it all up before it starts to go manky.
So far it's been pork and mustard sandwich, pork and beans and a pork roast dinner. Tomorrow I think some sort of pork in tomato sauce with pasta.
