Parrots are the chosen pets of Pirates.
Pasta exists.
Pasta is the chosen communion of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
Parrots love pasta (photographic proof).
The FSM exists.
Only a deity could exist to set events in motion to cause the previous 4 statements to be true. The only proposed deity to link all these statements is the FSM.
Therefore, the FSM exists.

As for proving the existence of our Lord and Savior, the Flying Spaghetti Monster, I'd like to point out that our religion actually does have proof, unlike many other religions. If you'd care to turn to the last section of THE BOOK, there are whole chapters I don't understand that prove his Noodly existence. My meager photograph and simple postulates don't hold a candle to those elegantly-stated proofs in the final chapters of THE BOOK...you know, the proofs I don't understand.

Thanks! I've had the bird since he was about four months old. He'll be twenty years old next April. WOW!!! It's hard for me to believe he'll be that old. It's hard for me to believe I'LL be that old. Gulp. He'll be twenty and I'll be--gulp--forty.

Same difference when it comes to large parrots. Parrots are very long-lived creatures. As long as he doesn't have an accident or become ill, he should live as long as a human.
