According to the FSM website, all imagery is copyrighted, but images are allowed to be used for non-profit purposes. If I were to sell badges, I'd only be able to make enough to cover costs & no more. According to Australian copyright law, half of any profit made in an unauthorised copyright infringement should be given to the copyright holder (I think). In the case of Pirate Fish badges on their own with no other products being sold, I think that would probably equate to about $5.00, and the way I do business I'd probably be more likely to give them away on a whim to those who declare their faith in the Noodly One.
