FSM works in mysterious ways.
I think our Lord the FSM is displeased with the farmer! Why else would he smite the wheat field with an image that rendered thousands of dollars worth of crop unharvestable and worthless?

Noodles were created by the ancient Chinese pirates in order to honor His Noodliness. (You haven’t heard of them because they refused to be interviewed for ancient Chinese talk shows.)
Its apparent that his noodlyness has touched aliens that were passing by and they offered a portrait of the holy one for a safe journey home. Further proof that people not of this world also believe in him.
