I want one! Did you make him yourself? I sense an Etsy-preneurial opportunity!
It be blasphemy! We all know that the FSM don’t need no wings to fly!
I do not believe it to be blasphemy. We must remember that the FSM is beautiful n matter wha form he wishes to take. Lovely tree topper.
I want one too. Please make me one.
Hey guys! I’m the person who made this guy. Good news; you can easily make one yourself. I just used a couple of balls of undyed wool yarn and fed it through something called an “Embellish Knit” that makes it into a tube when you turn the crank. I got it at Hobby Lobby.

What kind of wings did you use to make him?
- and while I’m asking for tips: How did you “flare out” the eye appendages to accommodate the eyeballs?
(Can you tell that I intend to make one?)
A how-to would be brilliant!
…I want to hug him.
I would let him stay out all year, though, and not put him away because the time for the FSM should be all year. :)
Also, I stuck pipe cleaners into a few of them so his appendages could be moved around.
I think I’ll go the lazy route and use walnuts instead of the brown yarn. Looks great, Natasha!
