how can you complain about us not having imaginations when you cant even accept another religion?
What an odd idea – legitimate religions? plural? I thought believers considered only one religion could be legitimate, i.e. true … and that one would be their own, presumably.
Maybe Christine could first explain what attributes she thinks necessary for a ‘real religion’?
And as for originality – perhaps she might consider Mithras, Gilgamesh, Horus, and so on – I could go on interminably about biblical ‘borrowings’ from earlier systems of thought.

Christianity is not a real religion. If you’re going to try to be a real religion, don’t just plagiarize ancient Druid and Egyptian lore and reassemble it into a coherent dogma.
